Tokyo side is a tunnel in the sea and Chiba side is a bridge.
Let's stop at Umihotaru parking area to take a rest.
There are a cafeteria, souvenir shop and observation deck.
When it is fine, the view of Tokyo Bay and winds from the sea will make you feel so good!
