Sushi for vegetarians

If you are a vegetarian or don't like to eat fishes, please try Sushi which rolls vegetables or beans.

For example,

Kappa-maki
(Cucumber roll. So simple.)

Natto-maki
(Fermented soy beans roll. Natto is known as healthy food, and I love it. However, there are people who dislike it because of its smell and gooey texture.)

Takuan-maki
(Pickled Japanese radish roll. Crunchy texture.)

Ume-Kyu-maki
(Pickled plum and cucumber roll. Somewhat acid.)

Yama-gobou-maki
(Burdock roll. Crunchy texture.)

Let's enjoy them with Gari (Pickled ginger) and Japanese green tea.
They are good with beer and Sake, too:)
